New Project
We have been working on an exciting project! Located at Mellersh Farm, on the outskirts of Guildford, Surrey, the OakCraft team have been hard at work crafting a bespoke Oak Framed Barn.
The History of The Site
The ‘Farmm Shop’ originally opened its doors in December 2020, after months of renovation and planning by the owners. The existing barn was a Grade 2 listed building, however it was sadly completely destroyed by fire in 2022. We were entrusted with the task of designing and constructing a new, classic oak barn for our client.
The Project In Progress
We started work on the oak frame and the oak roof structure in spring, earlier this year. We are looking forward to seeing the finished oak framed barn reopening its doors next year!
