Solution
We worked closely with the client to design a garage that met their specific needs, including a catslide roof design to maintain a lower roof height. This design would not only provide a visually appealing structure but also fit perfectly within the available space. We provided the client with detailed structural calculations and prepared comprehensive instructions for their builder to ensure a smooth construction process. In addition, we recommended a reputable company in Ireland that could fit the roller shutter doors, ensuring the project progressed without any hitches. Throughout the process, we assured the client that we would be available to address any questions or concerns during the build.
Outcome
The project was successfully completed with the delivery of all the required materials. Our transport partner efficiently handled the customs paperwork and delivered the materials to the site via ferry from Holyhead. Once on site, the materials were offloaded using a Hiab, allowing for a smooth transition to the build phase. The garage was constructed to the client’s satisfaction, with all structural requirements met and the roller shutter doors fitted as planned.
